A ritual poem on how to act:

1. Peel open your heart. Allow the vulnerability to act as a conduit.

2. Worship the space. Let the intimacy seep into your pores.

3. Smile a big toothy grin with your eyes. Use them to tell the audience ​they’re safe here. Establish trust.

4. Allow your heart to race. It’s good for you. Maybe even others will join ​in unison.

5. Play!

6. Fill your lungs up and don’t you dare shy away from your power.

7. And don’t forget, it’s someone's first show. Make them remember it.

8. Begin.
